Assessment and Evaluation Unit

The Assessment and Evaluation Unit will focus on activating and following up on the implementation of the tasks of the Measurement and Evaluation Center, based on a clear vision and developing practices grounded in procedural definitions for those tasks, according to a set of values that guide the measurement and evaluation process in general and university academics in particular, to meet development and quality requirements and provide evidence-based information to decision-makers.

Committee / Unit Responsibilities

Supervising and correcting the use of various measurement tools sent from the Measurement and Evaluation Center and providing the center with data.
Supervising all courses and workshops provided by the Measurement and Evaluation Center within the college and submitting a detailed report.
Providing all data related to test results, absenteeism rates, and student numbers attributed to faculty members, and submitting it to the Measurement and Evaluation Center.
Automatically correcting objective tests and providing the Measurement and Evaluation Center with test item analysis results.
Presenting and discussing reports prepared by the Measurement and Evaluation Center on the results of analyzing various measures, test results, question development, and other activities to the college's faculty members.
Providing the Measurement and Evaluation Center with a detailed report after each interview or procedure related to measurement and evaluation within the college.
Conducting studies and research proposed by the Measurement and Evaluation Center at the college level.
Provide the Measurement and Evaluation Center with all difficulties and obstacles that hinder the implementation of measurement and evaluation tasks in the college.
Provide advice to faculty members and postgraduate students in the college with regard to the field of measurement and evaluation.
