This unit reports directly to the Director of College Management and is responsible for effectively communicating important information and decisions to all members of the organization. It aims to facilitate access to information and address any barriers to that access through oral, written, or electronic means. Additionally, the unit monitors external communications to ensure that information flows into and out of the organization in an orderly manner.
Committee / Unit Responsibilities
Transactions received, registered, and delivered from outside the College to the Deanship and Agency of the College and the College's management, departments, and units.
Transactions issued by the Deanship, the College Agency, and the College's management, departments, and units shall be received and directed to entities outside the College.
Receiving and distributing external mail to the Deanship, College Agency, College Management, Departments, and Units.
Notes, letters, and external circulars are received and distributed to the College's management, departments, and units.
Answering phone calls or responding directly to questions about transactions.
Receives and coordinates incoming and outgoing transactions.
Monitor the management communications system on the unit's devices and ensure its integrity and effectiveness.
Organizing and updating unit files.
